Our Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is truly handcrafted from mashing with the finest corn, rye, and barley through fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling. Every part of the process is done on-site by hand at our distillery to achieve a perfectly balanced bourbon. You can enjoy neat, on the rocks or with your favorite mixers.

Color: Bright, Rich Golden Copper
Nose: Very easy on the nose with hints of Vanilla, dried Apricot, Apple, and Nutmeg.
Palate: Full bodied with a mix of Vanilla, Caramel, Dark Chocolate, and hints of Nutmeg and Cloves.
Finish: Long and smooth Caramel sweetness with a lingering Cinnamon finish.
